I visited GTB branch in Wuse 2 beside AP plaza today 13th November 2020 to get a new token since my token was not functioning anymore. Good morning,I loaded a voucher of 15, 000 to my account 0609524717 since yesterday and I am yet to receive the alert.
I had a declined transaction, but yet I was debited. The transactions were twice, because the first one declined, I had to repeat it for the second time. I waited for a week now without the transaction reversed. Kindly reversed the sum of N6,000:00 to the account.
