    1. I visited GTB branch in Wuse 2 beside AP plaza today 13th November 2020 to get a new token since my token was not functioning anymore. After waiting in line for almost 2 hours and being tossed here and there, they told me that my signature was irregular and refused to issue me a token, even after they had taken my finger print.     I got an SMS alert charges on Friday night at about 23:11 AND WAS DEBITED TWICE,from Jan to December,went to my branch at kosofe to lodge the complaints and was told that they were charges from an account I had stopped using for over five years(2017),THAT’S REALLY ABSURD! why would the charges be made on my current account? when there were no transactions made on that account,i got muy proof ready. I have not received a dime or deposited a dime on that account(0121643387) since five years so why would I be charged now on my current account (0131669476)? that is so unprofessional of a BANKING SYSTEM,with a name as GTBANK! The country is not smiling at all, and as such the alert charges are not valid. please do the needful by reversing the money back before we take it up.

    I want to make complaint, I want to ogiyan bank in Ejigbo Osun state on 24 of September,2022. and the money didn’t dispense but they deducted 10,000 (ten thousand Naira) from my account and i went to your bank in Ogbomosho at Seminary on 27 of September, 2022. and i made a complaint and they give me a form to fill which I did and i submitted it and since then they haven’t return my money.     I used my Gtb card on an Opay POS to make a withdrawal of 10000 naira the transaction failed but I was debited. Below is my debit alert:

    I have waited for more than 24hours for an auto reversal but that hasn’t happened yet.
    I am demanding that this be sorted as soon as possible as I’m in serious need of that money.

  107. I had a declined transaction, but yet I was debited. The transactions were twice, because the first one declined, I had to repeat it for the second time. I waited for a week now without the transaction reversed. Kindly reversed the sum of N6,000:00 to the account.
