Ur sentiment is too much in this rating, if I may ask , where are u from?
How can any good researcher rank Warri amongst the finest cities in Nigeria? Warri with it’s old buildings, poor road networks that are even poorly maintained with U-turns that are almost a kilometre apart and poor drainage system that leaves half the city waterlogged with every drop of rain cannot make top 15 when the likes of Kano, Abakaliki, etc have not even been mentioned.
