DSTV has released some toll free numbers to accommodate Multichoice users on all network providers in Nigeria (MTN, GLO, AIRTEL & ETISALAT)

DSTV Call centre operating hours are now 8am to 9pm on Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays.

  19. Why do I have to go through all these trouble to request that channels be restored after making payment for almost two days now. I think DSTV has to review it’s quality policy. You have mechanism in place to ensure you collect money for subscription but none in place to ensure the customer has received the services paid for. Why do customers have to do the follow-up all the time after payment?
