    Hi admin, my brother got a ticket heatrow to Lagos to and from, but the flight was cancelled due to internal issues Arik had in UK, he had to get another airline cause he has to be in Nigeria.     ..What Arik did to us is to say the least, demeaning of a coy with such a reputation. I am finding it hard to believe that i have actually been scammed by ARIKAIR management!
    -On Thursday morning( 11th of May, 2017), On their website -as usual, i booked and paid for a Saturday flight 1:00pm flight (from Kaduna to Lagos),got an alert of the expected deduction from my bank ( bank transaction notification), BUT never got my e-ticket.
    This got me disturbed, as i usually get e-tickets after such bookings. On the 12th,I went to their Office in Kaduna to complain, but was instead told to call Customer Care on 01-2799999.
    When i first called, one Kola, explained that the transaction was incomplete, then again requested my names, email, phone number, travel details, and Last 4-digit on my card, after which, he informed me that i would get my e-ticket in 2 hours (Max)- this was around 9:15am( 12th of May, 2017). By 1pm i hadn’t seen any ticket, so i called again….this time it was one Morayo ( or so), after explaining all over again.. she said they had a system breakdown as such, they could not generate e-tickets; but that their IT was working to restore the system after which my tickets would be sent to me. i.e after those in their Finance Department confirms the payment, and she said i should give them till 5pm. By 5pm interestingly the same lady picked and said to give them till Saturday (13th of May, 2017) 9am ( work was still ongoing)
    On Saturday morning i got to the airport guess what?…No ticket, no mandate from anywhere, as the Customer Care personnel said the FD guys were not on duty until Monday. They played it really well…kept pushing me on, to Saturday when i had no choice but to purchase a new ticket to Lagos- i had to cough out another #24,000 to procure a new ticket. When i got to Lagos, a staff gave me a slip tagged ” Online Refund” with a note “… send mail to, copy,” then with two phone numbers 08077791310/08077791683. I sent the mail on the same Saturday -13th at 3:28pm.
    My friends…till today i have not even received a confirmation of receipt of any sort, talk-less of refund….And those numbers? hahahaha! You guessed right…never worked! Call drops!
    I am truly very disappointed at them…really! i can tell you for free that when business are run with such dubious staff and systems designed to defraud people…such systems will not last! i feel bad for the owners of Arik. But for the staff who ARIK Mgt use to deceive honest and hopeful customers, should remember that what goes around comes around!
    I pray the MD/CEO sees this and does the needful to address this very pathetic reputation smear, they are doing to the coy.

    Please Arik, I need my refund. I paid for my wife’s flight to Nigeria on the 6th of December, 2016 she could not leave to Nigeria on time due to your changes and delay but finally, she left. However, you could not bring her back due to your old same story; she has to take another flight. It is that money I am requesting you to refund. At least half of the money should be refund back to me

    Your manager in Lagos is not competent of handling customers,today I got my boarding pass got to the flight and I was told the aircraft door is locked after talking to the manager he made everything worst all he could say was reschedule your flight.i hate this airline with the poor management I will never fly with this airline again

He said he can book flight for me from owerri to abuja..he said to and fro is #41000 he ask for my detail on my passport .I send him a transfer money of #41000 on July 20.2017 he said he can book 5.30pm flight for me to abuja from owerri uptill now have not heard from him and hes not picking my his number is switch off.I want you to help me run a check on him If he is your  agent or working with you.please I need a reply as soon as possible am planning to sue Arik because I wanna know what is going on .that k you or I come to your office to know what is going on.cos I believe customer can book online .so what is going on

    I have a complain.I paid for Abuja – Lagos flight on 02/07/17 againt 03/0717and got debited, I told told at the airport I was nt issued any ticket that they were experiencing troubles with online transaction. I was persuaded to buy a fresh ticket that I will get a refund for the initial one. I did bought a fresh ticket and surprisingly, have not gotten my fund. So i deserve a refund of my N22, 278.00

    Pls find a way to enforce switching off of phones by passengers during takeoff and landing. A lot of people especially younger ones do not comply with orders to do so. Your air attendants must pay more attention to this . There is no compromise to safety

    Dear arikair, my complain is on your staff on the counter desk here in Lagos. I booked flight onhold when I went for payment in the morning the told me the cannot accept my money but the called one agent by the side and told me to give him the money to pay for me with his bank card but with the condition of paying commission or the should book instantly on their system which the price is higher than the onhold booking.pls I want your company to set a committee and fish out this bad staffs that tarnishes the image of this company in order to acquire fast money. Air peace management are well organised and treats their customers perfectly.

    I booked arik flight on 4th January 2019 from Kano-Lagos Nigeria, unfortunately the flight was cancelled. I was told to fill a form which they said they would refund my money, but up till today the money hasn’t drop in my account and no message ha been send to me. I am disappointed.
